Our clients were fast outgrowing their apartment near Gloucester Road and were very motivated to find their perfect family house. They had been active with local estate agents but had found the experience time consuming and fruitless. They wanted the type of access and advice that having a buying agent adds to the process.

Solution

We worked with the clients for almost six months in search of the perfect property and managed to secure this completely off market acquisition on arguably one of the finest streets in Chelsea. In fact, Priory Walk and the surrounding Harley Gardens were noteworthy enough to be included in Pevsner’s Building Histories for their architectural merit . They fell in love with the views that the property offers front and back, and the fact that they could add their own stamp.
