The challenge
Our clients were upsizing from a lovely family house in Fulham overlooking one of the parks there and wanted a substantial house over a garden square. At the time, stock levels were especially low in Prime Central London, in particular for substantial properties that had already been renovated.
Solution
We managed to identify the perfect house for our client and via one of our contacts, we were put directly in touch with the owner and were able to propose a “one-off” viewing with our clients. We managed to secure the only house on the Square to have been recently refurbished in a deal that was conducted entirely off-market.
