The challenge
Our client was looking for a very specific property in Clapham Old Town. He wanted to buy one of three modern houses on Macaulay Road, developed by the renowned architects Squire & Partners. None were for sale at the time, so we were brought in to assist with a direct approach to the owners.
Solution
We contacted the owners directly to introduce ourselves as buying agents and propose a one-off meeting with our client, who was eager to view their property. The house exceeded our client’s expectations, and the rapport between both parties was instant.
