The Project
This project was a cross service effort from AWS where we not only managed the acquisition of the site but also the development project, through to the eventual sale via a local agent; an ‘end to end’ service that allowed a light touch from our investor clients.
The Result
We used all our experience and passion for good design and attention to detail - from the development of the design concept and layout, through to choosing the interior finishes. The finished result helped us to smash the sales record for a flat of this kind in the area.
